Prompt Licensing & Personal Use Guidelines

Viewing, downloading, or using prompt content on ChitraPrompt does NOT transfer ownership or copyright. All prompts remain the exclusive intellectual property of NavheenGFX.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use License.

✔ Permitted Actions

✔Use prompts to generate visual assets or outputs inside AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion).
✔Use prompt recipes to create imagery for personal portfolios, artwork, and client presentation projects.
✔Edit prompt variables locally to compile custom creative results.

✘ Prohibited Actions

✘Copying or redistributing the prompt text.
✘Sharing prompts in online communities, chats (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord), or social networks.
✘Publishing prompt texts in digital prompt packs, courses, collections, sitemaps, or libraries.
✘Selling or commercially licensing the prompt text itself.
✘Claiming prompt copy formulations as your original works.

Termination & Remedy Clause

Violation of this Prompt License Agreement immediately revokes and terminates all granted licenses. ChitraPrompt reserves the right to suspend accounts, restrict platform services, issue legal demand notices, seek injunctive relief, and pursue legal remedies including financial damages for copyright violation.
