ChitraPrompt Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to ChitraPrompt. By creating an account, registering as a creator, uploading designs, or copying prompt formulas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with these terms, do not register or use this platform.

1Contractual Agreement

By accessing or signing up for ChitraPrompt, you enter into a legally binding contract confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Prompt License Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.

2Acceptable Use

ChitraPrompt is a curated, verified AI inspiration community. You agree to use prompts for your personal or client generative works. Scraping, reverse-engineering layout codes, bulk downloading database items, or deploying scrapers is strictly prohibited.

3Account Registration & Safety

To share or interact with prompts, you must create a profile. You agree to:

✔ Maintain accurate name and registration information.

✔ Secure login key passwords and restrict account sharing.

✔ Retain full liability for all actions occurring under your creator identity.

4Content Upload Rights

When you upload custom prompt formulas or visual art guides, you retain original ownership rights but grant ChitraPrompt a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, search-index, and showcase your uploaded creatives.

5NavheenGFX IP Ownership

All graphics, original prompts, layout frameworks, branding markers, logos, stylesheets, and custom code modules remain the exclusive intellectual property of NavheenGFX and are protected under copyright enforcement guidelines.

6Suspension & Disclaimers

ChitraPrompt reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate creator profiles immediately for copying prompt texts, spamming tags, violating licensing boundaries, or scraping site details.

7Governing Law & Venue

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any litigation or dispute resolution proceedings arising out of this contract will take place exclusively in the competent courts of India.

ChitraPrompt is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding prompt compatibility, continuous site availability, search engine rankings, or visual outcomes of generative inputs.
